Distance from Jesus is only destructive. It means that you love that distance and what you fill it with, more than Jesus. Are you keeping some? Any? Is it the world you love while you attempt to keep Jesus at bay?
You cannot and you will not endure if distance from Him is any priority. Be one who by faith walks close, clinging tightly to your Lord, the source of life.
He suffered to this end, that we might be one with Him forever. Don’t follow the flow of “lukewarm” faith that is often settled for in our world. Instead, draw near to Christ today with ALL your heart, soul, mind and strength.
